Marshall RentWise Workshop

The University of Minnesota Extension is offering workshops for tenants & future tenants for FREE. You will receive a certificate of completion that you might be able to use as a “reference”. RentWise is an educational program that will help you be more confident about securing housing and keeping it.

To be a successful renter, you need to understand how to secure housing that is right for you. You also need to know how to care for the unit and maintain good communication with your landlord and neighbors. Understanding the legal side of renting and your rights as a renter is also helpful. RentWise can help you learn all this and more!
