The Programs Coordinator is a vital, hands-on role at the heart of our daily operations. Serving as both a program manager and an operational anchor, this position offers a rare mix of high-level community impact and direct organizational ownership.

At a Glance:

  • Own the Impact: Take the lead in coordinating key community initiatives from end to end—including the Imagination Library, Stuff the Bus, Wild About Kindergarten bags, and our Community Impact Grants (CIG).

  • Engage & Connect: Build meaningful relationships with local partners, donors, volunteers, and constituents across our service area.

  • Keep Things Moving: Handle the day-to-day administrative rhythm of the office, coordinate special fundraising events like Power of the Purse, and serve as a key support link for our Board of Directors.

  • Thrive with Autonomy: Work closely with executive leadership in a supportive, dynamic environment where your initiative is valued and your contributions are recognized.
