Andy Lanoue

United Way of Southwest Minnesota Announces 2025-26 Campaign Chair

United Way of Southwest Minnesota (UWSWMN) is proud to announce that Andy Lanoue will lead this year’s annual campaign. A dedicated resident of Tracy, MN, Andy serves as Director of Territory Sales for Ralco and brings a strong commitment to community service and leadership.

This year’s campaign theme, “Raise Your Hand!”, is a powerful call to action: What inspires you to step up and get involved? Whether it’s caring for others, supporting those in need, or working toward a brighter future, United Way of Southwest Minnesota invites you to raise your hand—because real change doesn’t happen alone.

“The United Way of Southwest Minnesota is a vital resource for numerous individuals and organizations in our communities. These are the people we interact with daily - our friends and neighbors - who encounter real obstacles in pursuing their dreams. We encourage you to 'Raise Your Hand' and help us in breaking down these barriers, improving the lives of individuals and families around us, and, in turn, strengthening the communities we call home.” shared Lanoue.

Lanoue chairs the Campaign and Resource Development Committee, a group of dedicated volunteers serving on the UWSWMN Board of Directors. Together, they will shape and implement strategies to reach this year’s fundraising goal of $555,000. Last year, under the leadership of Matt Suby, UWSWMN successfully met its goal of $545,000.

Lanoue lives in Tracy with his wife, Connie, and their two children, Gretchen and Calvin. He joins a strong legacy of campaign chairs who have helped drive meaningful change in our region, including:
