Keo Rasmussen

Greetings!

I’m Keo Rasmussen, and I live in Marshall with my husband and our two growing boys. I joined the United Way board because I’m excited to learn from others and to help make a difference right here at home. I am a small business owner and currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Employer Solutions Staffing Group, where I focus on supporting people and creating strategic alignment. 

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me decorating or crafting for the season, crocheting, or happily cleaning (it’s how I clear my head!). At the heart of everything I do, I try to lead with a servant’s heart and plenty of laughter. I look forward to being part of the impact United Way makes for families and neighbors in our region.
