EVERY PERSON. EVERY COMMUNITY.
United Way fights for the health, education and financial stability of every person in every community. In southwest Minnesota, we focus on health, education, financial stability, hunger and safety & well-being. More than 50,000 local people will be served through United Way of Southwest Minnesota initiatives, community partner programs and partnerships in 2017-18.
Your donation goes far…but not far away.
Community Investment volunteers from throughout our service area review local grant requests and make funding recommendations to our local Board of Directors to be certain that your donation makes the largest impact! Over the last 15 years, United Way of Southwest Minnesota has re-invested more than $5.9 million locally to benefit the lives of our friends and neighbors.
The opportunity for participation in all programs and services supported by United Way of Southwest Minnesota funds and donations is offered without discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, disability, sexual orientation, membership or activity in a local commission, veteran status, age or any other protected status.
