Brau Brothers Presents Beer Pairing Dinner
Brau Brothers Brewing Company is hosting a Beer Pairing Dinner on January 26, 2024, at 6 PM. The dinner is at 1010 East Southview Drive, Marshall, MN, in the Brew House to benefit the United Way of Southwest Minnesota.
The dinner will feature a five-course meal, and each course will be paired with a different Brau Brothers beer that perfectly complements the food. Dusty Brau, a renowned expert in the field, will discuss the unique traits of each beer served and share fascinating insights into the brewing process.
