Imagination Library Survey

In order to continue funding the Imagination Library program, United Way of Southwest Minnesota needs data/statistics that show the value that families who receive these books find in having the books in their home.  The following link will take you to a survey that we ask you to fill out to help us assess the value of the Imagination Library book program.

This is the same survey that was included in your Summer 2011 Read to Me newsletter.  We appreciate you taking time to help with this important data collection project.
